RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At RHH Fabrics, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for both our domestic and international customers. Please review our detailed Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Product Matching & Quality Assurance (Video/Photo Guarantee)

  • As-Shown Guarantee: We guarantee that the item delivered will match the design, fabric quality, print, and color shown in our official product photos and showcase videos.

  • Non-Matching / Defective Items: If the delivered dress does not match what was displayed in the official product video/images, or if it has a manufacturing defect/damage, the customer is eligible for a full replacement or refund.

2. International Orders Policy (UK, US, UAE & Global)

  • Return / Refund Eligibility:

    • International customers must report any issues (damaged item, wrong dress shipped, or non-matching product as per video) within 3 working days of delivery by contacting us at rhhfabrics786@gmail.com or via WhatsApp +923140132836 with order details, photo, and video proof.

    • If the issue is verified and approved on our end, a replacement parcel will be dispatched or a full refund will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card) within 8–10 working days.

  • Size & Dislike Returns:

    • Due to cross-border logistics costs, returns based on personal dislike or incorrect size selection (where the correct size was shipped as per the size chart) are subject to customer-paid return shipping fees.

3. Domestic Orders Policy (Pakistan)

  • Exchanges & Returns:

    • Domestic exchange requests must be initiated within 7 working days of receipt via WhatsApp, Phone, or Email.

    • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for routine exchange unless defective.

  • Damaged / Incorrect Items:

    • Complaints regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 working days of parcel receipt along with invoice proof.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are processed and dispatched. Once a parcel is shipped and tracking information is generated, the cancellation request will follow our standard return/exchange process.

  • RHH Fabrics reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or payment authorization issues.
